I studied and wrote in a programming language: Basic, Pascal, PL/1, Fortran66, Fortran95, COBOL, got a little bit to write programs Ada and Фокал. Programming languages such as C / C + + and the like - can not stand! I do not know why, but here's a distaste for C-like languages. Just as Deb-based distributions. I understand and I work only with Rpm-based distrib. :)

What else about computers, hm... a lot of things. In general my first computer when "happy" period Perestroika in year 1993 assembled his first IBM PC 286, Then away we go ... 386, 486, 586... and to today's. :) Starting with 386go computer and to this day "sit" only at the AMD microprocessors, others somehow do not recognize (don't like).
Familiar with Linux since the Red Hat 2. Yes! Yes! It was that! Red Hat 2 has installed for the first time in 1998. Since then, probably used to Rpm-based distributions, and others simply do not perceive. Then there were other similar Linux system. На Mandrake 9.0 я "подсел" кажется 2002-2003 годах (точно не помню). С тех пор "слезть" с Мандривы не могу. Перепробовал уже много дистрибутивов, и Fedora, и AltLinux, и ASPLinux и т.д. Но... как-то судьба распорядилась, точнее звезды так встали, что я обожаю Patricia Kaas - она францеженка да еще и Стрелец. Ну а Мандрива тоже французский дистрибутив... :) Так что мне какая-то везуха на "французов" по жизни, не отстать от них. :) Да и в быту было 2 французские авто. :)
Немого о программировании? Ну, что можно было программить на 286ом компе? Тогда еще IBM DOS был. Но... тот же Basic и Pascal (точнее уже Turbo) были, на них и писал программки разные. Потом с развитием компьютерной техники, пришлось немного подучить другие языки. Теперь вот пишу иногда на PHP. Хотя... есть желание изучить какой-нибудь Python, да что-то рук не доходят. А так.. надеюсь что буду что-то еще писать и программировать в дальнейшем, на благо (теперь уже) России!
