ROSA Desktop Fresh R9 is a distribution for enthusiasts in a constantly changing Linux world. It's the first release based on rosa2019.1 platform.

ROSA Desktop Fresh R9 features 2 desktop environments: KDE 4 and PLASMA 5.

Besides the standard application set (office suite, web browser, etc.) the distribution includes a number of games, proprietary codecs, vendor drivers for different hardware (video cards, network cards, etc.), rich TeX stack and thousands of other applications.

ROSA Desktop Fresh R8 is a distribution for enthusiasts in a constantly changing Linux world. It's the last release based on rosa2014.1 platform. R8 is a stable release with 2 years of extended support (security updates will be provided until Fall 2018).

ROSA Desktop Fresh R8 features 4 desktop environments: KDE 4 (recommended for most users), GNOME 3, PLASMA 5 and MATE.

Besides the standard application set (office suite, web browser, etc.) the distribution includes a number of games, proprietary codecs, vendor drivers for different hardware (video cards, network cards, etc.), rich TeX stack and thousands of other applications.


ROSA Enterprise Desktop X2

is a LTS (long time support) release with guaranteed security and software updates for 5 years. Based on repositories of ROSA Desktop Fresh, Enterprise Desktop provides additional guarantees for software stability and quality. It is recommended for Enterprise, SMB and SOHO which do not need the "bleeding edge" technology, but require stable software and ability to work for a long time without reinstalling the system.
